Method
- Mix dry and add liquid and mix well.
- Butter a 9x13 pan and pour batter in pan
- Carefully dip/pour your fruit with the juice on top of the batter. Don't mix
- Drizzle butter or pats of butter on top
- Bake 375°Ffor 30-40 minutes

Serve with Vanilla Ice cream.
Note?
- If you're using einkorn, decrease the milk and maybe the fruit too.
- Also, when using freshly ground flour, you may add a little less and wait for it to absorb. Or increase your milk just a little. Freshly ground flour is thirsty.
